When I tried this item, i was surprised at its effectiveness .The bristles are durable and not too harsh on the skin. It also reaches hard to get spots with ease. The brush works well with soap or other cleaning agents to leave your hands and feet feeling incredibly clean. The only con is that the dry bristles could be a little tough on sensitive skin but adding water softens the bristles and makes it more comfortable. I bought 6 of these brushes (from Sears Auto Parts) 12 years ago for deep nail cleaning. They will work fine for a while, but a row on the back to get under your nails will bend and stay that way after about a month of use. With daily intensive use of sand, the brush under the nails will last only a week or two. So since they work so well, it's a good idea to buy a stock before the bending occurs. I'm not sure there is a brush that works better and is reasonably priced.
