Great Customer Service for both Agents/customers

I like that they are always looking to improve their product, which makes them stand out from other providers in my opinion! They have some really cool features such as an AI bot assistant called "Mandy" - she's pretty great at helping me get through automated questions or when someone isn't able (or willing)to answer something right away!! Sometimes it can be hard if you're not familiar with your system but Mandy helps tremendously by asking follow up Qs about things we've already discussed…

Pros
  • There is ALWAYS one way for chat
  • You talk directly t customers instead having 2nd agent ask 3rd party what was said previously
  • It also automatically sends notifications via email/phone call
Cons
  • There are troubles
