The user friendly interface which makes it easy to use for our users even those who are not familiar with computers or software can easily get accosted.The customization options offered by this tool make it very flexible in terms of customizing how we want things done! The ease of use for both new users as well as experienced administrators makes it very easy to get started with ERAMBA quickly without having any prior experience or training required! I have been able to implement this system in less than two months (from first contact) by using our own customised modules which were developed internally within my organisation - no expensive consultants needed here!! We are now managing all aspects of GDPR compliance including data protection impact assessments

The most useful features are related to incident management. It provides many options for categorisation of incidents with different levels (low, medium or high). I like how easy it is to use. However there isn't much in terms of reporting or dashboards that make this software stand out from others.
