Escali ECO157 Digital Kitchen Bamboo Review

I hate this scale. it looks cool So true. But the tare function is inconvenient - you press lightly and nothing happens, you press hard and the measurements are distorted. no light. A large panel hides the reading. I bought it thinking it might replace my old Oxo (it was good, just didn't look cool), but no. And the batteries die after 2 months of use. Let's get back to my oxo.

Bamboo ordered. The other reviews scared me but thought if it was that bad I might return it. I like this scale a lot! Looks very nice, thin and compact (keep in a drawer when not in use). Easy to clean. I had no problems with button presses, great screen, readable screen. I use it to measure things like flour, sugar etc when baking. No complaints yet, have already recommended to friends.

What stinks is the 30-day right of return. It has been 40 days since purchase here and now it is unreliable and non-refundable. Made in China is written on the back.
