I ordered them for a 6th grade chemistry class.

I ordered these for a 6th grade chemistry class and they were delivered quickly but the box of materials was re-taped as if it had been used before and then brown tape for the Resale taped so it is not new despite being advertised as such. I am very thankful that I found exactly what I needed to teach movement in our chapter on Density!

The weight is the same, the dimensions do not match, the packaging is old

Just received this item. They weigh 1/2 ounce. everyone. I find that the supplied insert is the wrong dimensions for each bar. The box the item is in falls out, the plastic insert inside the box that holds the poles is very flimsy and will fall apart again as if the item has been on a shelf for many, many, many years. I sealed it with strong tape so I'm hoping it will hold.

inaccurate documentation

Bought these for the density lab to replace the FLINN density cylinders. My students followed the lab as directed and when they calculated the density some of the numbers did not match the information in the packet. If you first look at the labeled table and compare it to the material identification given by length, you will see that the three longest bars are not correctly identified. The image is more accurate when it comes to actual density. The black stick is said to be the third shortest…
