Excellent except for one fatal flaw

Not noticeable in the picture but all the blocks are printed upside down. If you lay them on their flat, open side, they'll read upside down. My 5 year old was very disappointed that they didn't fit properly. They also make great little study blocks.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • No machine gun

Good but could use improvement

My 3 year old loves math and this great toy will help them understand fractions! However, the shot mark is only on one side and is easily erased. Be prepared to rewrite breakage labels with prolonged use. I hope they get better laminated or sealed in the future. Other than that, this is a great product.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of style

No decimal places Suitable for sorting and stacking toys

Photos provided for this item by the seller show dice showing both fractions and decimal places. They didn't actually print decimals. Also, some of these blocks aren't made properly and don't really stick together like they should, which is frustrating for my 5 year old trying to build identical sticks and comparing them to make sure he added his fractions correctly. They only fall apart by moving them closer together.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

A 5 year old gives them two thumbs up.

I bought this item for my grandchildren who are very interested in math and love Lego. This product has bright colors to catch their attention at first and looks like a toy to them. Then after a few lessons on what they are and how they work my grandson settled in and now loves playing with them. They are also easy to clean as they go back in your pocket. This helped teach him math skills while playing.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • boring packaging

Printed as pictured but functionally reversed

The blocks came as pictured but I didn't notice the lettering in the picture was upside down as the blocks would be. If you put the open end on the table, all the inscriptions will turn upside down. Putting the smaller bulbous end down will align the numbers correctly. If it weren't for this problem they'd look like a great set of blocks, but this flaw might be bad enough for us not to use them and risk a picky kid if it results in a fall.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things
