Great for keeping track of feedbacks and employee recognition

I love that it makes my job easier by taking all of these great feedbacks from our clients, compiling them into one single place - plus we can create customized reports! It's also easy enough anyone in any team/department could use without needing lots or expensive training!! Honestly- haven't found much about this software as something i dislike yet but honestly nothing too big either (I think). If you're looking for an integrated system where employees are encouraged via internal incentives…

  • Easy to learn how operate once set up; no long learning curve.
  • Lots options available when setting things such at report settings etc
Cons
  • No major complaints so far
