Great tool that helped solve out Internal Communication Challenges

- Easy to use.- Ability to manage tickets with multiple members of staff for different departments within an organisation.- Good reporting capability, very easy to customise reports.- Very good customer service as well. Nothing really at this time but we have been using it since 2010 when I first joined the team so no complaints there. Overall great experience from day 1 till now. We are solving our internal communication issue by providing one place where all employees in our department can…

  • Userfriendly design makes ticket submission easier compared other tools available out There such As Outlook etc.;)
  • Great Customer Support Service provided,
  • Flexible tool that fits most needs you may be looking forward too while managing your Tickets system!:)

  • Not much actually just dislike is its inabilityto update directly through email without having

Great New Platform With Fantastic Features

I like how easy it was to setup, customize the look of my website with all kinds of different skins! The customer service has been great as well too - super responsive if you send an inquiry about something they will help guide you in solving your issue. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major at this point considering its newness & only recently released for public use. We needed another solution than DeskSMS to allow our customers to be able to easily message us through…
