Etnies Mens Barge Skate Black Men's Shoes for Athletic Review

Unlike many shoes of this style, the sole is not stitched so not sure about durability but so far so good. Light shoes appear to be well made.

Cute. Actually I bought them for myself (I'm a girl). They are good for both men and women. I feel they are a bit big but I feel like they will break down the more they are worn. Can't beat the price

Bought these for my boyfriend because his shoes were falling apart and he loves them. He said he didn't even have to break them because they were already relaxed. Haven't worn them yet but I gave them 4 stars because time will tell if they hold up. Crossed fingers!

Although they were a bit big, the whole heel of the shoe literally cracks and falls apart. Good shoes, terribly cheap construction. Honestly, I don't know how you can get away with selling those $60 pieces when I could buy a pair of Wal-Mart shoes for $20 and they would last three times longer.

These are the third pair of Etnies Barge men's shoes that I have bought for my son. They are very durable and look great! The first shoe my son outgrew and the shoe that broke. I've spent so much money on other brands (Nike, Vans etc) that wear out so quickly... not Etnies! REAL suede is good too. I highly recommend this skateboard shoe!

AGAIN! I bought a pair of Ernie shoes about ten years ago and after a few months the inside of the heel fell apart. I bought it and was very happy with it at first. stylish and functional, but unfortunately the same thing happened. The internal plastic heel counter in the canvas (not the sole) is torn. Very disappointed in excellent shoes.

Bought this 2.5 years ago and am currently writing a review. I've been wearing these shoes every damn day since I bought them. They're starting to look ragged and unkempt, but they're cool shoes. They were only on the longboard, freestyle every day, probably after 3 months. But hey, this is for wearing them to the bar and chatting with Betty. Not for everyday parking use.

My husband has worn Etnies for many years and they have always been worn for at least a year before falling apart. They fell apart in the first 2 months. He has several pairs of shoes that he alternates between, so it's not about overuse. The pad on the heel is completely gone, it just fell apart. Very disappointed in this couple as we both really liked the way they looked. The outsole of the shoes is still mostly white, that's what we learned from them.

My husband really liked them. They actually feel narrower when you first take them out of the box, which was a bit of a concern for me and him since he has wider feet. Hence the reason we buy him sneakers. After he laced them up and tried them on, they fit perfectly. It's odd that they "look" narrow, but he said they fit better than expected when in reality they're roomy, which he likes. We will buy this again. Love the fabric of this shoe, don't know what it is, we thought it was canvas but…
