I ordered this as an exact replacement for the Ettore scraper we have used for years. Even though I swapped out the rubber head for the old one, it just wore out. It's amazing how much better the new one cleans water off tiles and glass doors. When this one finally wears out after a few years, I hope the same model will be available and I can order another one.

Does what it should at a reasonable price. Bonuses for the youngest daughter are turquoise! Her favourite color! A bonus for us is the amazing/hysterical mop song we heard from downstairs when she first showered with the new shower glass and mop! :). Cons - Teens love to say they mop, and obviously they didn't.

A few years ago someone told me that Ettore makes the best mop in the world. At the time I was working for a company just around the corner from their Auckland office. I don't remember ever going there to check it out, but when my old shower scrubber needed replacing I decided to give it a try. Wow what a difference! Much better at removing moisture from shower doors and walls than my old Simple Human Squeegee. I highly recommend Ettore - they truly are the best!

Unlike rubber blades where the blade can pick up some water that falls back onto the glass, water simply rolls off this wiper without leaving a mark on the glass. Perfect! I have a more expensive, better shower scraper for home use. I don't use it to clean other places. I wanted a cheap one with a silicone blade, easy to pack, not too big but big enough to dry out the tub/shower quickly. This fits in all boxes and works great. There are no stripes at all. Unless you're trying to use it on rougher surfaces like some of the stone tile showers I've seen, it should last longer than you'd expect at this price point.
