Excellent purchase! for eyes

Not sure how smudge proof it is because at least for me it still smudges when I wear waterproof mascara over it, it doesn't smudge if I wait for the mascara to dry and apply a layer of clear waterproof mascara over it. But a tip for those with very clumpy lashes: spend more time curling and brushing your lashes, and be sure to remove any excess primer applicator by wiping it off the edge. It works Mascara

I've been basically in limbo since they discontinued the SheLaq serum and I was freaking out knowing I was blunting at 2-3pm will have spots under my eyes. I got sick of it and tried different things: Makeup Forever Aqua Seal (seems to be working), elf Make up Lock & Coated (not working), NYX Top Coat (waste of money), Tonymoly Double Needs Super Fix Mascara (works! but the work ends very quickly). Lasting, but only with certain types of mascara.

NOTE: I'm Asian and have typically short, short, hard-to-curl lashes. My lashes don't respond well to lots of lashes and oily eyes cause lots of mascara to slip off at the end of the day. I've been trying to find mascara bases that help with this. I found this on the recommendation of an Asian Youtuber. It's better than PMEL's mascara base.
