Oooh I've never bought that before! For years I have heard my Mighty Might vacuum howling angrily when the supplied hose is kinked. I hated it and was just waiting for the vacuum to die so I could justify buying a new one that didn't have the silly kink (not in a weird way) of the hose. This hose fits my 8 year old vacuum perfectly and now I don't have to wish the vacuum was dead. This does not kink and rotates exactly as it should at the attachment point.

I'm so happy to find this hose that twists on the trigger end of the nozzle. I love this hose so much I'm ordering more as a backup. I had 2 Eureka Mighty Mite vacuums. The first vacuum cleaner broke after many years of daily use. The hose could be rotated, but became kinked and lost suction power with age. For those who bought the Eureka Mighty Mite, this hose is better than the original. I don't know why Eureka doesn't have this hose in the original packaging and saves the customer from having to order a replacement hose. The folks at Eureka who skimp on quality to make a few dollars per unit profit is not a good idea. If you need to charge a customer a few bucks more for a better hose, just do it.
