The packaging was safe, the glass was not broken. The SS screw caps are very good. The bottoms of the glass containers are tough and make it easier to choose salt or pepper.

Very strong and durable but not heavy. Great design features that complement other items on the shelf or table. If desired, the chrome-plated cover or base glass can easily be provided with a label.
