I bought it almost 4 years ago. I have just returned to write this review. Didn't expect much when buying. Maybe a bag of bugs. I ended up doing 60 miles on the Ozark Trail (hiking) and 120 miles on the Grand Canyon (rafting). 100% worth your money. I'm 6'1 and 225 lbs. I feel very well.

A great package so far! I bought this for camping/hiking, I'm a tall guy, 6ft 1in, 255#, this fits me. Extremely cheap production. Some of the plastic parts of the chest strap are sewn from back to front. The straps are also twisted and difficult to tighten because they are sewn on that way. The chest strap goes through my neck. For all these reasons I had to cut it off. The hip belt goes above the navel when all other belts are tightened. I'm thinking of cutting too. This pack instantly became one of my favourites. The ACU's camouflage is dense and dark, as it should be. The construction is very good. Has three large outer compartments. Two compartments are visible on the sides. The third compartment is at the top. The primary is huge (48 liters). The material is nice, the bag is mostly waterproof. The seam may leak a little. Great price for this bag! The bag held up well on our 2 week trip to Thailand. It was big enough for everything (somehow I managed to fit a business suit, 6 pairs of business trousers and 2 weeks' clothing, plus a pair of sneakers and business shoes!). This bag has everything I need for my bug bag. The first thing that struck me was the space inside. I was able to fit a rolled up 8x10 tarp, mini sleeping bag, hammock and everything I need for hiking with plenty of room. It appears to be waterproof/sturdy but I haven't tested it yet. Just got back from a weekend trip in the rain. Pak did a great job. sleeping bag below. Clothing zipped up. Flashlight, personal items in the upper compartment.
