Reduces chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants that can adversely affect the taste of water and beverages. Reduces extra fine dirt and particles as small as 5 micron in size. Reduces limescale build-up that can cause excessive machine downtime and increased maintenance costs. Plus, scale reduction reduces energy costs. Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean. Internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination. Tested by Everpure in accordance with NSF Standard 42 for aesthetic effects.

Manitowoc Ice Machine Won't Work Without It

Rural water in Southwest Oklahoma has the filter last about 9 months and then the ice machine will not work with reduced water pressure due to a clogged water filter. Works great, lasts a long time. recommended

Manitowoc ice machine will not work without it

Just what you need to replace the old cartridge. .

Just what I need to replace the old cartridge. The directions are not so clear, especially with our system. I called the manufacturer and couldn't get an explanation. We could only guess and hope we made the change correctly. Although it seems to be working. The service lights on the ice machine to which the system is connected have gone dark, indicating that action is being taken.
