So calming on my review.

Pros: watching the smoke fall is extremely calming.The smell isn't too intense (I have asthma)Cons: out of 5 comes, 1 was a dud and would not light.The smell of some is like just smoke, not the essential oils as expected.The list shown in the commercials of what color/scent is for what is nowhere on the box, in the bag of cones, or inside the box.

Great product. Looks as described & works

Good product. Has both side options for the backflow falls. My air is blowing so its not making it to the bottom but it was initially. Included scents are bland but to be expected.

  • The waterfall style design of the holder enhances the overall aesthetic of any space
Cons
  • The included incense cones and sticks may not have a pleasing scent to everyone's preference, leaving some disappointed with the product

Fills most of the house with a great smell!

I bought this mostly for the beauty of it. The cones provided a wonderful smell which amazingly takes away dog odor in an instant! I really love this item!

Damaged stained box

Haven’t tried the product because I bought it as a gift. The box came as if it had already been opened and with blue sticky stains everywhere.

  • The design may not be practical for everyday use, as the constant need for incense refills can become time-consuming and costly

Disappointed good for me

Although this item is really cute. When you light the insence my entire house smells like smoke(fire). The cones burn for maybe 2 minutes tops along with the fact that they don’t flow the way they are supposed to

This "incense " is beyond HORRIBLE!

The backflow burner is fine/beautiful.BUT why was I "punished" with this nasty stinky incense? Really? All the colors stink the same! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this incense.You all need to DO BETTER.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
