I would've given a 5 star but it took 3 weeks to get to me because it went to the wrong distribution center or something like that the message disappeared when it was delivered.

These are the thinnest 100% cotton socks without some sort of constricting top that do not fall down and last more than a few washings that I have found. Machine wash in cold water and line dry to prevent shrinkage and to prolong their life. I am a repeat customer. My first purchase lasted more than a year of constant use before holes started to develop. Very comfortable and light, but it tears easily and doesn't have much shape. It's kinda baggy after just one wash. Yes, a good old fashion sock and it''s non-binding for someone with swollen ankles.

These socks were soft, the toe box stitching was nice and smooth, but the sizing is WAY off. As per the sizing chart, I ordered the proper size, but they were so small the heels were halfway down my foot! I couldn't return them because I had taken them out of the packaging and washed them right away. I'm hoping I can give them to someone with a little girl, can't imagine any grown woman fitting into these tiny socks. Unbelievably small.

I put them in the dryer on medium with some shirts and they shrunk in the length of the foot. I'm going to try stretching them next time I wash since they're cotton. I'll update the review after.

I ordered the khaki color hoping they would not be noticeable against/below my khaki pants. The socks I received have a color with a reddish or orange tint that actually GLARES against my pants. If you're looking for a soft subdued khaki hue these don't fit that description. I just can't wear them as I'd planned. The fit was good but the color was NOT.

I really hoped these would be nice, because thin cotton socks are so hard to find. But they do not have enough stretch recovery strength in the cuff, so they slide down into your shoe as you walk. As in by the time I walked from my car to my workplace, the top of one of them was wrapped around my instep.

These are great socks at an affordable price. I have purchased some before in white , so I decided to buy some in black this time.They are very comfortable. I highly recommend them for those who are diabetic , have swollen ankles or have sensitive feet.
