Very nice, not too hard and not shiny all over. Quite thin which means you will need more than one coat to really see the colour. Arrived very quickly. I had a two day delivery and ordered it on Thursday. To my surprise, he arrived here today (Friday). I look forward to working with him and will order again should the need arise.

Oh my god I will never take glitter out of my house. You'd think shiny threads are woven into the tulle, but no. It's really just sequins that stick to the tulle so badly that they fall off every time you touch, move, or breathe in. Finally, my project didn't have glitter, but there was LOTS of glitter on the floor, clothes, and skin. Do more research and find a tulle with a shiny fabric woven into it.

This tulle is more beautiful than it looks on the internet! The color is nice and the luster looks nice. I made a tutu out of it for my daughter, the material is soft and doesn't itch like tulle. My only complaint is that the glitter rubs off pretty easily. After cutting strips for the pack I noticed all my arms, pants and sofa were shiny! The good news is that it's easy to wipe off, unlike most glitters which require 20,000,000 vacuums and a nuclear blast to get rid of.
