so far so good, ordered 12 and one came without a self closing spring. So I got ten. I think the privilege made up for the loss.

Slides are good slides for their money. I use them in drawers that don't support much weight and they work great. Not as smooth as foils which cost twice as much but I wouldn't expect them to be.

2 out of 8 pairs didn't have a soft close feature. I thought maybe the alignment was broken, but even when they weren't installed, they didn't close properly. I had to choose the best brand as I spent too much time getting it to work.

They do what they're supposed to, but this is definitely an entry-level product. Not very smooth and the soft close mechanism makes the drawers too difficult to open. I don't think they will fail, but the only job they need to excel at is underperforming. Wouldn't buy again.

Kitchen renovation is complete, works perfectly. The rear support bracket is not included and I needed it in all my closets. Found something about Revain and they got up straight away. They work great and the soft close feature is amazing. Existing drawers do not need to be modified. I would recommend to anyone who wants to renew their kitchen.

Well, they are NOT full length drawer slides. They leave about 1.5 inches in the closet so it got a bit tight with my 12 inch drawers. Soft-close also works so-so. You have to really try to slam for the soft close to work properly. Yes, the bearings are fine. Not as smooth as expected and may affect why auto/soft close works so-so. I bought this product because the price was very good. Overall I was very happy with the guides including the soft close feature which is a real bonus for the price. The only problem is that one of the guides had all of the bearings popped out the first time I put one in. boxing My drawer may not have been 100% square, but I've had no problems with the other one I installed.

This is literally my first review of Revain products but I'm amazed at how long it takes to install and then fail. I installed these 6 sets of slides within a week of purchase and we used them for 1 month - one set broke completely (no more soft closing). The other drawer is almost impossible to open (after the first lock), you have to be right in front of it when you pull it out, otherwise you have no chance of opening it.
