Great for swimming in the pond!

Great product, easy to assemble and installed on our docking station with no problems. The husband climbed it up and down and said it was very strong.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Weak, eventually had to be welded.

It works but with no welds this thing feels flimsy when screwing it together. Within a week I still had to weld it together for fear it would fall apart or ruin my new dock.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Wrong drilled - had to be redone.

5 steps bought. They sent parts that weren't drilled properly. I had to completely change the mounting holes. The steps weren't drilled staggered on the two short legs, so the holes were 90 degrees apart. It took me a lot of time and effort. We want a partial refund.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Bad instructions

Great value, good for docking and anchoring gear

Overall a great ladder. Light, good workmanship, easy to assemble. The only problem with my setup is that the ladder hangs under the dock and when I put my foot on the first step it actually flexes the entire ladder (only attaches from the top). I had to put some reinforcement boards underneath because I was afraid it would break. Now everything is in order.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Thin

Mounting screws need to be purchased - about $6 in stock at home

Great sturdy ladder - easy to assemble - gotta hold my husband in place but other than that I did it myself - it was very easy for my son-in-law to connect to the docking station - he has a drill! Found screws at Home Depot - employee knew exactly what the instructions said - grandchildren love it - so I end up on a floating platform! would recommend

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Missing Parts Check Box

I was missing 4 pieces of ladder and one of the steps was missing a mounting hole at one end. Otherwise it looks like a decent product. Let's see how their service reacts. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 because their service department was quick to respond to my missing parts by providing a new ladder and allowing me to keep my first order for parts. Looks like a good buy.

  • Certified
Cons
  • No Machine

Bad design, serious security issues.

We bought this ladder for our pier. It's a little narrow, but still usable. I had to drill a hole for the screw on one side as they didn't match. But the worst problem is that the flat base is connected to the stairs. As you can see from the picture, it has sharp corners. I didn't really notice them when installing them, but quickly caught my attention when my grandson slipped on the stairs and cut his knee on a sharp edge, resulting in an emergency room visit and 3 stitches. Do not buy this…

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Works great, great ladder (note the mounting hardware)

Overall a five star product. It does what it's supposed to and is really good quality. Very durable when installed correctly. A few notes: The plastic covers for the bottom of the stairs are not good. I think mine fell out before I even got to the raft. There's nothing wrong with that, so I didn't deduct any downside - the ends of the stairs are underwater where they're still not visible. Please note that the ladder does not come with any fasteners. Again, points aren't accepted, because how…
