These chisels are poor quality, wooden handles are cheap, probably pallet wood. The steel is also of poor quality, rust spots on all bits despite having a thick film of oil. Chisels don't grind a square. The reinforcing steel ring on the handles is wafer thin and nubbed to keep them on the handle, one hammer blow and you'll find it on the ground. Very disappointed with the overall quality. Stay away from this product.

Good product for the money. I had to sharpen them when I got them, but I didn't spend more than a minute or two on them. The handles are lighter than I expected, I wish the handles were heavier. The cutting action is good and they seem to be holding the edge fairly well. One of the main issues is the coating they put on it, it was very thick and took up about half of the grip. After a while the coating became sticky and very difficult to remove.

I really like this set, I use it in the shop every day and it does exactly what chisels are supposed to do. You have to sharpen them, but you have to sharpen every chisel you buy. These chisels are good for beginners but are not suitable for many things. Grounds are too thick and therefore not suitable for dovetail connections or anything that requires entering tight spaces. Also, I didn't see any negative points in other reviews. The back of my chisels is perfectly flat. None of the chisels are bent. The handles are strong. I bought this tool kit for a friend who is planning to get into carpentry soon. After a little research and considering the price of the set, Ezarc chisels appear to be a solid tool set that will last you quite a while with proper care. However, opening the package after delivery revealed a neat hole in the lid of the box.
