Does Not Wash Out: my feedback

I do not know why they call this stuff 'chalk'. I certainly feels and acts more like a wax crayon. It also does NOT wash out. Perhaps I can melt them down and use them in a candle.

Pros
  • Very happy with product. Great Quality
Cons
  • The color fades easily

good for wooden drawers

I use this for 'dressing' the undersides & rails of the drawers in an antique wooden desk.It is much easier and very much tidier than using a paraffin bar (or a candle, as my grandmother might have done).

Pros
  • Wax based tailor's chalk, Marks straight and easy, Clearly seen.
Cons
  • The packaging isn't resealable, making it prone to spilling

Arrived broken to pieces

This is the product I wanted. if it arrived in solid pieces. not one piece wasn't chipped or broken. Not happy, poorly packaged

Pros
  • Sewing Tools
Cons
  • The blue color transfers onto other fabrics easily when stored together

Great chalk for sewing. Packaging not the best.

The packaging for shipping could have been a lot better than bubble wrap and a bag. But only a few pieces broke so the description is accurate that the chalk is stronger than other tailor chalk, which I have purchased and they break easily. I would recommend this chalk; however, Shipper could do better with packaging.

Pros
  • This my favorite marking chalk.
Cons
  • This product marks well line little wide. The product on 100% cotton does not wash out.

Excellent value good for me

You get a lot for your money. Also, I appreciate it that these do not leave residue on your fingers like chalk does. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Works great on upholstery fabrics as well
Cons
  • Not what I was looking for

USE WITH CAUTION best in my review

Ordered the six pack (2 white, 2 blue & 2 yellow). The markings from the white pieces do iron away - so far so good. The bad news is the blue and the yellow are impossible to remove. I have tried everything to get rid of markings with those two colors of chalk; not even soap and water does it. As a result have to throw away the yellow and blue pieces - what a waste of money. Best advice if you do buy these, is to be careful and test on your fabric first.

Pros
  • Gran pieza
Cons
  • The chalk can't be re-sharpened
