They work just as well but no better than any other brand of stabilizer bar steering I've used. They help with shimmy and tire slippage when large tires are installed.
The question part said it wouldn't fit but I went to the Fabtech website and it said it would fit so I bought it and it worked great. Only works with Fabtech elevators.
I had to return this item. The description was wrong. Was listed as compatible with my truck, opened the box, read the instructions and found it was to be used with a vehicle that had a lift installed. SAD FACE:(
Once I installed it works great. The instructions suck and the jacks that come with it are too big. Do yourself a favor and strip the paint off the threaded ends before attempting to tighten the jam nuts. It was a PITA to drag her into a melee.
I thought I had the whole set because of the picture. I had selected a set but they didn't ship it to my address so I guess I didn't read it carefully enough when I was looking for another. It also came with a shock absorber and bracket for a GM vehicle, although the part number is the same as Ford's so we had to modify it slightly to make it work.
I had this installed a while back. Everything worked great at the front. Over time I noticed that the steering was becoming very weak again and when I looked down I noticed a large dent in the stabilizer tube. I thought maybe the strut around the tie rod had shifted on me, but it flew as far as it could. The mount on the lever is fixed so it has nowhere to move. It just hit a bolt in my steering system. Everything is available in this area. They mention that it doesn't fit standard height…
