Just received today. The glasses arrived in a box with two other heavy items. Most glasses are dented and 3 are almost crushed. I thought it would be more convenient to buy them online but be aware. All items in the box were upside down. Not sure if it's worth saving money if they get there in bad condition!

Not a single cat would eat it, they came up, sniffed it and left. It was quite gray in color and I believe it was old expired cat food. Tried again a few days later, same reaction. After opening 4 cans I didn't think they would return anything so I switched brands to see if I could get fresher food. If not, you will have to buy elsewhere. Can anyone tell me where the heck to look for the expiration date on this product so this doesn't happen again and I can go back before I open it?

I don't know who to point the finger at - Revain boxes always look good, but Fancy Feast boxes get worse every month. Always knocked. At least one glass is always leaking. There were 3 in the box today. Maybe it's a manufacturer, maybe it's some kind of middleman, but it's like 3 months of subscription has deteriorated significantly. Right now it makes sense to just go to Walmart so I can choose the condition of the box I'm buying. Otherwise the food is ok, my cats love it.

I love that I can buy this in bulk and subscribe to this product to have it automatically delivered right to my door every month or however many weeks I want it! I have two cats and I give them half a can every night as a special treat in addition to their daily kibble to eat whenever they want. I also like that I can wash and recycle these glasses as well as the box they come in. Purchasing this 30-pack saves me almost 20 cents per can compared to buying individual cans at Walmart.
