I ordered 2 hand sprayers from the same manufactured and they were a completely different quality. On the end of the wand the sprayer also leaks no matter what setting I put it on. Is pure trash.And to make matters worse fanhao did not even reply to my email, and I shipped it to Bermuda where I live so sending it back is not an option.

This is a great product for about five minutes. First use and the whole thing went flying off at the aluminum rod, no matter what I do it won’t stay. Looking forward to the ease of watering, but this did not do the trick. Don’t waste your money

Couldn’t get it on the hose so it wouldn’t leak.My husband finally got it on by adding a different washer but said the plastic threads are stripped.It will only last the summer if that. I purposely bought the more expensive one so I wouldn’t have a leaky attachment. Disappointing.

These became the go-to attachment for watering the garden this summer. The head has a nice ratcheting mechanism that lets you keep it exactly where you want it to be. I love the on/off switch which is the newer "fire hose" style mechanism. No concerns at all, worked all summer long with no issues, FULLY recommended.

This watering wand was lightweight and comfortable. The toggle to control the volume of the water--including turning it completely off for a minute--was convenient using your thumb. The product is SO lightweight that it fell apart in the second week of use. Evidently the water pressure, when left on for more than a minute or so, popped the metal sprayer part completely off, with a little piece of wire that evidently was all that was holding it together. I have had quite a few watering wands in my life but this one is fabulous. No leaks, easy to control with the lever and great spray settings. I have had it for a few weeks so I hope the romance lasts. So dar so good. Would definitely recommend this !

Plastic & metal components. Water leak at housing and adjustable spray head is annoying.Ease of use, light. The thumb control shut off valve may be prone to leaks or drips!

I really like this product. It is balanced and easy to use. I love the on/off lever. It is effortless. The shower mode is perfect for watering my raised bed planter. The stream washed the cats litter rug in nothing flat. The length of the rod is just right. All in all, I am very happy with this water wand.

The first time I used the watering wand, it started spurting water from multiple cracks. Totally useless and very poor quality. I returned the item for a refund.

Great nozzle, but it stopped working after 3 uses. To the company's credit, we received a replacement. Have not used it yet.

This wand is similar to the ones I have been using but it is longer, and the spray head swivels. The swiveling spray head makes the watering of hanging baskets much easier. Washing mud from the bottom and wheel wells of vehicles is also easier with this wand ! The bail handle is convenient and stays in place without holding it, unlike a trigger style.

I have been using this for several weeks now. It was quite a job to get this on tight enough, even with the Teflon tape, to stop the water leaks. It does make my watering easier.Overall, I like it and am happy to have it. If it breaks, I will try another brand.

From first use it leaks at every connection point: hose connection, connection from grip to pole, from pole to nozzle, from nozzle adjuster to nozzle base. This makes it unusable unless you don’t mind getting soaking wet while you use it.

With carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis, how a tool feels is critical. This one required me to work too hard to hold it at the right angle.

My primary use is for washing a mid size sedan and suv. It works fine no leaks, variety of spray formats. It feels as if it should be longer but all in all useful.

Really like how much control one has with the different settings and water flow. I do find the water flow controller a bit confusing. I would think moving it forward towards the flow would mean opening up more water flow, but it's the opposite. Great product.
