🧶 Cotton Coil Fantasea Review

I used this to get rid of the black mold under the silicone sealer that has plagued me for years. I read about this tool online. Soak it in bleach and lightly press against the seal and leave. The mold will literally go away overnight. An excellent alternative use for this cosmetic product. Twelve yards was more than I needed, but I still had a spare for other trouble spots.

I read an article about bleaching caulk/grout to remove mould. I was told to use a cotton spool soaked in bleach along the caulk/mortar line. Leave it on for a few hours or overnight and the mold will go away. Well it seems to have worked. I have a clear silicone gasket so it took a few tries to get rid of the mold completely but it worked in the end. The cotton is quite thin so I had to fold it in half. Take this - soak in bleach - place in the shower or press along the seam between the tiles - leave overnight - OH MY KNOW WHITE! It literally looked like day and night in my soul! Floor tiles NEVER stay clean and all the cleaners I've tried almost come down to just laying bleach soaked lines after scrubbing and scrubbing. I'll never rub that thing again!

It's nice to find real unbleached cotton in this cotton spool. There are many cotton balls made from synthetic materials, but real cotton is hard to come by. Works as an absorbent and protective pad under a bra, as a protective band around the face when coloring your hair, or under the rim of a CPAP mask; as a wound cleanser; or using vinegar or bleach as a seam cleaner. 40 feet can be faster than you might think. Recommended.

I use it to mold mold off the floor of our shower (by dipping the strips in a mixture of bleach and water and then lining the shower floor with cotton). I've tried cotton balls, but it's much more effective. My only issue with this cotton is that it's not very durable; If you don't fish it out of the bleach mixture quickly, it will dissolve.
