Inferior Quality and Chalky Finish

This makeup palette left a lot to be desired. While the price is affordable, the quality of the eyeshadows is inferior. The pigmentation is lacking and the finish is chalky, making it difficult to blend. On the plus side, the packaging is visually appealing. However, that's not enough to justify the low quality of the eyeshadows. As a beauty enthusiast, I would recommend investing in a higher quality palette to get the desired results.

Bad customer service

Bad quality. But was amazed by the amount of makeup. However, some colors were broken and I didn't have the option to replace them or get a new one and get a refund.
