I bought two pairs of these shoes for my 3 year old. Tails fall off immediately. Like the first day of wearing. The first couple broke up completely within a month. All the top elastics broke through the top and I had to throw them away. I bought her a second pair simply because they were very cheap and I needed something while my family and I were on vacation. Well I bought them thinking they would fit my daughter in the winter. They are very cute, very soft, and like most other reviewers have said, the tails fell off within minutes of putting them on. The biggest disappointment is that my daughter barely fits a size 9 so I took 9/10 and they fit her perfectly. I say take them because they're worth it, just increase the size. The tail is nothing at all.

Edited to say the pom pom on the back of some slippers literally fell off already on the 2nd day of wearing. I deducted a star. Small size. I ordered a baby size 7.5-8.5 for my daughter who normally wears size 7 shoes at Carters, Oshkosh and Bogs. They are snug on the foot but still appropriate for this holiday season.
