They are so beautiful and durable. Very well done. We had to contact the seller and he responded quickly and was very helpful. I highly recommend! They didn't come with an installation guide, but it was easy enough to understand. We've had them in our bathroom for a few months. They are not rusted or discolored. They are nevertheless securely fixed in the wall so that the fastening material fits.

Very strong product, very easy to install. At first I was a little embarrassed that delivery would take so long. Order confirmation about a week. Shipper's estimate after order processing was one month. It actually took 2 weeks to get here. Instructions were included as was a nice personal email from one of the customer service reps. and even a pretty Chinese ball. Really awesome set.

I liked the look of this set and that it had a towel bar instead of a towel ring. They look very nice in our bathroom and are relatively easy to install. The only problem was that in the template for the long towel rail the drill holes were slightly offset, but that wasn't a big problem and all the holes were covered by the towel rail anyway. We appreciated including the template as it helped a few. I'll update if the towel rail sags, but so far it seems very solid.

I needed to replace an ugly 1970's vanity/sink and fix the tile in this bathroom that was added 20 years after the house was built. The owner who did this added some really gaudy Victorian brass and ceramic scroll accessories with a faux pipe front, a Sears Roebuck vanity and Hollywood medicine cabinet lighting with round bulbs and 70's ceiling lights (unnecessary). Design and construction are heavy and high quality. The components are very well made and beautifully finished. Some reviews mention issues with mounts not being aligned or not secured, but I cannot identify the product due to these issues. It is true that the supplied dowels are probably too small for inexperienced fitters to create a solid connection to the drywall alone. This is true of many other high quality bathroom products, even Moen and Kohler, which is why I always buy wall anchors…
