Kitchen utensils and appliances are of poor quality

Gauges wear out quickly. (See Left Cup vs. Right Cup) The cup has only been on the left side for 6 months and is not used daily. The spout is poorly constructed, has to pour painfully slowly to avoid spilling or overfilling the spout.

  • Complete set

Useless junk is good for gauges and scales

There is a label stuck to the bottom of this cup INSIDE. It is not removable. A week of soaking, brushing, scraping and washing in the dishwasher and the glue is still on the bottom of the mug. This glue and the unknown chemicals used to make it, imported from China, will come in contact with any food I try to put in this measuring cup. Instead of the measuring cup I intended to use, I spent the money on a bunch. work on an unsuitable product. Farberware should be ashamed to sell such a…

Bad pouring, dirty dispenser. Wouldn't recommend it.

Overall product looks good but does not spread well. This is a big thing for me. Pour juices and lose some of the juice over the counter because it doesn't pour out properly. that's kind of a violation for me. I did not foresee this problem. I decided against returning it because I can use it for other purposes as well, e.g. B. A thick dough should flow well when measuring haberdashery. The glass is thick and durable, the measurements are easy to read. I really want to like the product but if I

The only borosilicate measuring cup I've been able to find on Revain

This is pretty much the only borosilicate measuring cup you'll find on Revain of this size and price range. Contrary to some reviews, I had no issues with the sticker. He walked away easily and left no trace. If so, just use WD-40 and it will clean it up instantly. I used WD-40 to completely remove the roof tar from my hands so the sticker residue means nothing. Only then rinse the cup thoroughly. The nose wasn't a problem either. It pours normally. But I tend to water slowly, maybe that's why.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Frustrating junk: Measurement markings on one side don't match markings on opposite side e.g. , the 1 cup mark on one side is at least 5/32 inches higher than the 8 ounce mark on the opposite side, and I tested this on a surface that I leveled in both orthogonal directions. the label IN the bottom is completely insane. I am now sending it back to Amazon and waiting for Pyrex to restock. the thing is functionally unusable. Typical Chinese crap from the Hong Kong Meyer Corporation: all perfect…

Poorly designed pour spout

I bought this 16oz borosilicate measuring cup primarily to heat water for tea in the microwave. No matter how slowly I water, a few tablespoons of water always end up on the kitchen counter. On the other hand, the borosilicate compound seems to repel the calcium "dust" that used to quickly accumulate on the container I used. for this purpose. And the dimensions are large and easy to read. Some reviewers complained about the sticker on the inside of the mug. I agree it's a stupid place to put a…
