🔮 Farberware Professional 1.3 Cu. Ft. 1100-Watt Microwave Oven with Smart Sensor Cooking, ECO Mode and Blue LED Lighting - White and Platinum Review

I like everything about this microwave oven: size, handle, comfort, controls, design. What I don't like is that the turntable stopped working just four months after purchase. Very VERY unsatisfied.

I enjoyed the size and power of this microwave for two years with light use (by a caring person) but then it died. The microwave is out of warranty. I've noticed that many reviewers mention similar problems with their microwave dying prematurely. I expect more than two years from a brand device.

I wanted the microwave to open with a handle rather than a push button. I hesitated because the interior was dark, but it has good light and the interior color is not a problem. Has fast buttons 1, 2 and 3 minutes and 30 seconds at start. You can repeatedly press the Start/30 Seconds button to add as many 30 seconds as you want. The only downside is that the display's blue backlight is too bright and I haven't found a way to dim it, but that's not a big deal.

Item didn't last a week, I live in a studio, I didn't have space to keep the boxes it came in. I'm 75 years old, I have problems with my spine. Packaging for this more colored thing, and I have to work hard to wrap it. and facilitating the return is a logistical nightmare. I haven't (yet) had any breakage problems like the others. I bought this to replace a leaking Panasonic microwave. This Farberware machine also skips microwaves in the Handy test. I called Farberware and they said all machines are the same. I don't know of any machine these days that doesn't let microwaves through. So I'll live with that and leave the room when it's on. After about a year of satisfactory use, I noticed that the plastic touch control panel seems to be coming off but is still usable. The digital display also started to lose some of the numbers, but it was usable again. A few months later, I noticed that the interior paint was dull and dull, although I'd never used harsh chemicals to clean it. EDIT: Downgraded from 4 to 2 stars after 2 years of use. Wouldn't recommend. The light went out quickly and the keyboard display is now dimmed. The door steams up between the panes of glass and the sensory brew, and some presets are constantly overcooked. It also stays very noisy.
