Farberware does not guarantee microwave availability. They sold the Edge Consumer business. Edge Consumer Service responds and tries to sell me a Med Alert bracelet. I also have an Assurion service plan, they can't help because they don't cover it during the manufacturer's warranty. Spoke to Revain support and they sent me a replacement. But I would NOT buy any other electric Farberware device.

We spent a lot of time shopping online to make sure we got the microwave we wanted, especially the one with the melt/soften function button. It arrived; It was the same model number but a completely different control panel, without the melt/soften function button shown in the Revain photo. The instructions printed on the microwave door didn't even match the control panel. Extremely upset!

I love this microwave! Thanks to the many pre-installed functions, it is very easy to work with. I like the blue LED that makes it easier to see, especially for older people like me. My daughter loves to bring casseroles and cook them in my microwave instead of the oven. I've read other reviews indicating dissatisfaction with blue lights and five horns. As you grow old, appreciate the soft blue lights and five beeps that let you know when your dinner is ready :}

Like the other reviewer, I bought this particular microwave for the Melt and Soften features. The label inside describes how to use these settings. But if you look at the control panel, Melt and Soften aren't there. There is no information about these features in the manual either. Aside from melting and softening, the other automatic cooking functions aren't listed. Also, there is either no interior light or it was broken upon arrival. The ad says there are tons of extra features for softening butter, cooking bacon and more. They even have a sticker on the top of the door frame telling you how to make your choice - but look at the control panel? Where are these functions? The user manual says nothing about how to access it; therefore they do not exist. This is a lie and could result in this company being subjected to bait and spoof laws.

I have a microwave for 10 months. The light bulb burned out in it, and since the inner surface is covered with dark enamelware, it is difficult to keep track of the food while cooking. The bulb cannot be replaced as the device is sealed. The microphone works, but it's bad that there is no light. Except it took almost a week to ship and the box it came in looked like it was in a demolition race. This product is very good!
