I love this thing. No more flexible head. I bought my new Mamaru used and didn't realize I needed an insert that allows my newborn's head to tip to one side, he is even happier with his Mamaru as his head doesn't tip over. I am a happy mother with this purchase. I love that it's reversible and easy to insert or install so I can change the design at any time. It's also very soft, which worried me a little as it was one of the cheaper options, but in my opinion it's very high quality.

My main reason for buying it was that my newborn would slide into the Mamaoo seat. I was hoping this would help keep it in place and not slipping, but unfortunately it still slides down and often has to be slid back into the main body of the seat. It's very soft and thick.
