I like this skirt. I am a very curvy woman and this shirt suits her perfectly. It doesn't move, so I'm grateful I didn't have to constantly adjust it. I got a lot of compliments for that too. My stats are below, I hope this will help you decide your size.

This is clearly not a cotton fabric. It is unethical for a seller to mislead buyers. The label also says "hand wash only". How often do you see "hand wash only" on cotton jerseys? The skirt is made in China. I am sending it back and there is a restocking fee to send this junk back. Attention buyers!

In my opinion they are not stretchy enough to be snug fitting. If you have hips and a small waist, this will never suit you. I'm a medium size and while it fits my bum well, it gapes a lot at the waist. I suppose the little one will have a hard time walking in this fabric with some stretch. If there is not much difference between the buttocks and thighs, they are suitable for less curvy figures. Overall the fabric is decent, double lined but the fabric choices could be improved.

I sent this skirt back. I usually wear a size small and ordered this - the size was good except it was too short for my liking. The skirt was surprisingly soft and very comfortable. I like the colour/print. The cut is tight and short. (I'm only 5ft and things are usually long on me.) If the skirt was longer I'd let it. But I prefer that the hem is closer to the knee and only hits mid-thigh. It's probably best for someone younger or for those who like mini skirts.
