The product itself looks OK but the hardware and end caps were missing. Contacted Build.com about the situation but no response. Had to go direct to Delta for parts, thanks Delta. Now I have to pay the plumber an additional $85 to go back and hang the push bar because of the missing parts.

I've seen a few reviews complaining that most of these shower heads (the shower head itself and the hose cover) are made out of plastic. I get complaints because plastic is rarely thought of as the material you need in a fairly expensive bathroom accessory, but personally I don't mind at all.
