They make good products and what attracts me to them is their extremely simple design. This seat is very easy to install and was a pleasant surprise in terms of build quality.

I don't know why my experience is so different from other reviewers so I would take that into account. It's a cheap toilet seat. It feels cheap, it's flimsy, the mounting screws will break soon I'm sure. The hole is significantly smaller than the seat I replaced, making it look like a baby toilet. It can best be compared to a camper van toilet seat. I am disappointed in my purchase. I should have spent a few bucks more for a much better product.

*Update. We liked this one so much that we ordered it for another bathroom with an oval toilet. Perfect. I sit on the lid to bathe my daughter and she doesn't move or bend like our old one. Why Delta shortens the seat to 16.25 inches and does NOT highlight this in the ad. Buyers should at least be advised that this is a "non-standard" size.
