I've been wearing it for 2 days and the stitching in one of the zip pockets is unraveling. I am not happy that it falls apart after 2 days. I would expect it maybe in 2 years instead of 2 days. I think the new product should be sent free before I return the decaying one. 2 days and it falls apart.

This bag is huge! I got it because I wanted a 'personal item' for the plane that didn't look like baggage, which isn't baggage at all! The shoulder strap is very comfortable and I have not really used a shoulder strap before. The material is like leather! And red is a deep, rich color! The included wallet is a fun handbag accessory!

Nothing special. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR WALLET FOR DEFECTS! I bought 2 of these wallets in 2 different colors, black and brown. I put on the black bag a few days after receiving it and put the brown one away. Brown handbag, one of the inside pockets was sewn up. Instead of replacing it due to a defect meaning the problem is on their side, they only offered a partial refund.

Very nice bag. The material does not shine and does not look plastic, good texture. The zippers feel strong and smooth. The dark gray is nice and has a very slight metallic tint to it, but not to the point where it's tacky. Carefully inspected and found no seams or imperfections. The size is perfect, very roomy, lots of pockets inside and out. It can be worn on the shoulder or over the shoulder - the length of the handle is perfect for both. I plan to order in another color 😊

I love this bag. The color corresponds to the photo (I have turquoise) and the size is excellent. This is a very large bag so you can certainly put a lot of things in it. It has a simple style so it's good for everyday wear. The included smaller pouch feels nice to the touch, but it's small so it really isn't big enough to use as a wallet. I'll probably use it as a makeup bag.
