I like that you can schedule sending email to your customers reminders for upcoming events. The software interface is not very user friendly. You have to spend time learning how it works before you use it effectively. We were looking for an easy way to send out emails to our clients reminding them of upcoming deadlines. Flexibility in deployment options. Can be hosted either on premises or in the cloud (or both).The ability to integrate faxing into other applications like email. Easy to use (on both sides), great customer support who is always available quickly if you have any questions at all! The price can be expensive depending how many users there are in your organization. If it's for small business purposes then this might not work perfectly yet but I believe they will get better over time because of their dedication towards supporting customers fully throughout Europe. We are using this product to send out emails via our website contact form that contain multiple attachments (word docs). This allows us not only keep all of those files in one place but it also saves time for users who need access them as we can just email these links directly from within an eMail instead than having another file saved locally somewhere else first then sending over again!
