I like that you can create as many email templates for different types of documents in order to keep it organized, easy access when needed & very quick response time (as soon we send them our emails they get back right away). I like that it allows me to easily track all of my incoming calls, as well as outgoing ones (including those made by other companies). It's easy for customers with multiple numbers in one area/office or even home office situations because you can assign each number their own "fax". I like that it allows me to send documents from my computer, phone or tablet without having to use physical paper copies of them. It's also very easy for clients to access their messages via email which makes things much smoother than if they had to wait in line at our office! I love how easy it was to set up, configure my preferences as needed (e-mail notifications for every missed call or voicemail) & most importantly that anyone can use this software! Not all of our customers are tech savvy so we wanted them have access through their own email address instead of having us give then one specific account login information over phone calls/text messages etc.- Easy setup process with video walkthroughs in case they need help configuring any aspects of the service once

I love being able to send documents for free that are large in size, like contracts or legal forms (like those used by attorneys) all over America without having to pay expensive fees each time. The service allows me to save money when sending out important business letters because it saves so much cost per piece of paper!
