I had been working extensive hours and threw out my back. I was in AGONY. This back support did exactly what I needed to help keep my spine in proper alignment so it could heal faster. It's a great product. If you've suffered an injury from sports, working out or even bad posture; this will help you enormously.

The brace works pretty good. I put it on and no back pain. Is just hard to work in. In tends to slide down pushing off your pants with it. Its good brace for a sore back. Not a good brace for someone still trying to work with it on. Makes you sweat. The velcro seems to be holding up. The seller was excellent. I'd recommend this as a remedy for sore back. Wouldn't recommend as back brace for support and protection of back.

I used this item because I have fibromyalgia and have lot of constant pain in my back. I would nanny and also needed this for support. It provided a lot of support however it seemed just too big for me. I'm 5ft. It also felt heavy on my back. For some people the weight difference may make a big difference.

Difficult to put on, always tangling all the flaps. No directions provided for the little attachment, not sure where to place the attachment.

The brace works pretty good, not to bulky so it can be hidden. Only issue would be pants around the band, some time makes pants hard to keep up. But honestly this thing helps a-lot. I can even sleep in it. I use it for when im doing activities that stress my lower back out, or for days my back is just sore. For the price this thing is amazing. Minor gripe would be that it can dig into your sides a-little and the velcro likes to stick to briefs. But i am overall pleased.

This brace provides decent support until Velcro wears out. I have worn this brace 2 hours a day.daily for a few months. Now the Velcro is warn and the belt is hard to Secure when sitting.

I didn't buy it for back pain but for back injury prevention and it's awesome. I can squat passed my max now in the gym with confidence, something I was afraid to attempt. Extremely comfortable, and solid support. I wish I had this sooner. So far, no cons for me.
