Very intuitive setup - great user interface

I like how easy it was for me as an individual without any technical knowledge, to use this web app to communicate with my colleagues in Germany (and vice versa). The customer service could have been more helpful when we had questions or issues. However, overall very good experience! Would highly recommend anyone who needs instant messaging or text chat functionality. It's so simple yet effective.
