I would recommend these bracelets for serious use to anyone whose wrists are smaller than me. Stiff and well constructed, they provide extra support for overhead lifts or any task that places a lot of axial compressive force on the wrists (e.g. push-ups, handstands). If you have a torn ligament in your wrist, this can help.

Decent Quality. The leather is a little mediocre, but stiff enough to provide good support but not too stiff for specific exercises. The clasps held up well. If you have large wrists you may need to drill an extra hole in the strap.
