I received a very different product, not that the bottles can be easily confused, the one I ordered is WHITE with green letters but the one I received , - VIOLET . I work in a hair salon so I know the difference between both products and why I ordered this one in particular. Beyond Trouble!

This is the best hair attachment I have ever used, I have been using it for over a year. A small product goes a long way. The consistency is like garulla snot (gel), very thick which is great for natural girls. So if you have very dry hair, this product will be your best helper. The scent is very light and fresh. I was skeptical when I put this weird goo on my hair. I left it on for about 7 minutes and when I washed it out I was blown away by how smooth my hair was. My hair was soft and shiny even after I straightened it. At first I thought it was another overpriced and overpriced product but I was so wrong. It's expensive, but incredibly worth it, especially for ethnic hair.

This product has a thick and sticky texture but is easy to apply; Flavor is light. I would use it once every few months, either alone or mixed with another conditioner, and sit under the blow dryer for about 20 minutes. The results were good, but not outstanding. Bottom Line: It works if you don't have major hair problems. I would rate this as a medium protein treatment that is great to use twice a month if needed. If you have serious hair issues (e.g. severe hair loss, brittleness or dryness)…

Yesterday I loosened my hair with these products, which by the way I've been using for over fifteen years. I just looked at myself in the mirror, your hair looks amazing.
