These files are LEGAL. Exactly what I was looking for! They are durable and a great price. I'm very picky about my files and their hardness is top notch. They are also thin enough to get under the nails and don't cut into the skin when I file the edges of the nail. I love it!

I have strong acrylic nails. I always use acrylic nail files. It was terrible. My nails were in a mess trying to use them. Sandpaper wouldn't do as much damage. I had to stop on a nail.

These are big boards and even the finest grit gives a pretty aggressive bite. With their help, you can smooth the edges of the glass, and keep them. They work great on the END of the nails, but don't count on them being buffed. Maybe perfect for lovers?

These files work well and still appear to be well made. I'm no pro, but a quick google search says the lower the number, the grainier it is, and I believe 80 is the lowest number. They are probably NOT intended for natural nails at all, but I bought them to file overgrown acrylic nails. The file definitely did its job. This will make your nails look pretty rough, and you'll need another file with a finer grit to smooth out the edges. Next time I think 80/100 or 80/120 would be better for…

Love these nail files. I have 100/100. I love how it's a little thin and not heavy, and I love how easily I can get into corners where the skin is without hurting myself. They were great to shape. If the edges are too sharp, you should always file the edges of the nail file with another nail file to get rid of the very sharp edges. That way you don't cut through the skin with a nail file. I will buy more in the future.

I have long (real) nails with a thin layer of acrylic gel. On top of that, I don't break them, I have these nail files to keep between spa visits. They are exactly what they say they are and work great.
