The case I bought has an elastic sleeve for the S Pen that works and the pen clips into the locking tab. I chose this fintie holder which fits nicely over the back of the case to protect the tip from bumps in the pocket etc. It also doesn't affect the sleep function when the case is closed and the flap holds the pen. securely in place. Great value for protecting an expensive pen. I am very happy with this purchase!

Fintie Samsung S pen holder works great. It seems to be good materials and a good fit. The grip is easy to insert and the valve cover fits snug enough to hold the grip so it won't come loose or get lost. It looks like part of the black cap I use. I don't like that this thing is required, but I like that it exists. I recently upgraded from the Tab A to a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. The Tab A had a great stylus slot. lived. Not in S3. This was lucky for me. When I ordered my tablet, the S Pen that came with it immediately became a huge problem. I tried to carry it in my pocket but I lost it anyway and dropped it. I've tried different paperclips and such but haven't found anything that works. In the end, the S-Pen simply broke due to mishandling. Then I came across this pen holder. No more lost or broken S-Grips! It's super convenient and easy to use. Fiction!

I like it. Perfect fit for my S Pen. i needed it I have a Samsung keyboard case but their design had a pen holder with some adhesive that could be attached to the case. This holder lasted 3 years and then the glue wore off and the thing started falling off badly.
