Description of 🔥 Firehouse Dark Moustache Wax - Strong Hold All-Weather Beard & Mustache Grooming | Handmade by John The Fireman

INCREDIBLE HOLD – Made to withstand extreme heat, humidity, wind or any other weather condition your mustache or beard encounters. Easy application with no need to reapply. Your search stops here for the perfect moustache/goatee/beard products for the gentleman on the go. BEST FOR: Our Dark wax blends well with brown and reddish colored hair, and is what you’ve been looking for in a brown mustache wax. Goes on lighter than it looks in the tin & can be lighter/darker than shown due to natural variances in the waxes used. Blends well with most hair colors. NATURAL SCENT & COLOR - There are no dyes or fragrances in our mustache & beard wax. Both color and scent come naturally from the waxes used. A must-have for your mustache & beard care!. OTHER VARIANTS – Also available in “Light” and “Wacky Tacky.” Our Light wax is best for white/blonde/gray hair. Wacky Tacky is our darkest wax and blends well with brown to black hair. The main difference between our ‘Dark’ and 'Wacky Tacky' wax is the Dark is lighter in color and a little less tacky/sticky in texture. MADE IN THE USA – Personally handmade in small batches, hand poured and tested by John the Fireman. Comes in a 1-ounce slip cover tin which can easily slide into your pocket.

Look no further than Strong Mustache Wax

Well I'm impressed with the colour. I was looking for a good mustache wax that had a good hold. I notice it as soon as I open the tent, but it has a good grip. I highly recommend using a hair dryer to soften it before applying. It's not that easy to spread, but once you've worked a bit on your mustache or even your beard, you can use a brush or comb to spread it out. Then take some more, apply to the mustache and shape. From this material I got a beautiful mustache on the steering wheel. color…

Excellent mustache and beard wax

Used Firehouse for handlebars for a few years, mostly wacky tacky. But it turned out to be really difficult to use day in, day out, especially when you're traveling and need to move fast. Bought the "Dark" instead as it's said to be a little less heavy - and it's perfect. Excellent hold and easier hair handling. I also know that I use it as a beard wax to tame and shape my very pointy duck tail. This is not possible with most beard waxes/balms as they do not last long. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Long lasting finish
Cons
  • No automatic

No holding power, gone in an hour

I bought this wax hoping it would last at least a couple of hours. At best, he keeps the hair out of his mouth just as long as I can eat. After that, it pretty much goes back to the hair, wherever it goes. Also tried it on a very easy (almost no climb, <100ft and 5 miles round trip) Trek NE in December and it didn't even last 3 miles. In general, they appeared, my friends praised me for finally finishing the mustache, starting the hike, and this was the last wax. Another disappointing thing…

Firm, long-lasting hold. Its worth it.

I don't do crazy cyclic deduos or something like Dali straightens my mustache. One of the crew members introduced me to this footage on set. I usually use Murray beeswax, but in the summer it's too hot and doesn't hold up well. This stuff dropped a bit to check though, my day wore on, showered, fell asleep, lazy day, showered, went to dinner, fell asleep again and woke up with a mustache still hanging on pretty badly. Not hard, but soft/flexible, but somehow snaps back into place. Very…

Perfect wax for dark hair

Well, to be honest, this wax smells like Doo Doo. But that smell goes away quickly. I am very happy with this wax. I have black facial hair so it was difficult to find a wax that wouldn't dry out or flake off, especially a lighter color. This wax does not flake, goes perfectly with my black hair and dries quickly. Use more for a stronger hold. If you're not as used to waxing as I am, it's going to take a while to get used to because you're putting something in your mustache that makes it a…

Great grip, no smell

My steering wheel mustache face has been my home for ten years. Firehouse was the first wax I tried; I've honestly rocked a few others over the years, but none of them were as good as Firehouse. Strong fixation, ease of work, lack of a pungent odor. Sure, Rum Bay Breeze sounds nice early in the day, but I don't feel like sniffing coconuts in the late afternoon. And the hold is excellent. I trim my mustache before work and eight, nine, ten hours later it still looks good with tight tips and a…

too thick for actual use

This material is too thick for actual use. doesn't melt in the slightest when rubbed between your fingers like it's suggested, it just literally sticks your fingers together. Melting might seem like a good idea at first, but there is NOTHING in the jar that closes, and the material is so thick that you have to put it in boiling water for 5-10 minutes to loosen it up a bit. as soon as you start rubbing it into your hair, it becomes like resin again. I'll try to mix it with the "honest Amish" I…
