The platform is easy for me as an end-user / client, it's very customizable so I can create my own customizations that fit our needs exactly without having someone else do all of this work! It has been seamless in regards to getting up & running since we have had some IT staff who are not familiar w/GPS systems - they've built out several features which make using GPS much easier than before (like being able from any location). The ability to look at our assets, assets that are not mapped, assets that have been mapped incorrectly. I am able to see where there is room for improvement with some of our assets. It has allowed us to make changes accordingly. This tool allows me to understand what we do well, and where there might be improvements in order to better serve our customers.
