I like how the company is very responsive and customer service focused. I dislike that it's a monthly subscription. I feel like I could pay a lot less and still receive the same value. The ease of use, ability to get updates or new features when they become available with no additional fees! It's free up until you receive an invoice from them that is $50/month after which it becomes very expensive (though I understand why). The best part is that it's very user friendly, so I can easily navigate through all of my orders as well as shipping documents with ease! It has really helped me keep track of everything related to shipments which makes life easier overall when running an eCommerce business like mine.
