Fiskars 124600 1001 Fringe Scissors Silver Review

Bought these for a specific craft project and gosh they delivered! Cut through several layers of corrugated cardboard that I made with edges and never "shifted" as usual.

Destroyed the shredder trying to cut those pesky sticky name tags that seem to come every other day but these scissors get the job done. No shredding, just trimming.

Not easy to use. It curls the strips up slightly on 65lb paper, which is why I bought them to cut out. The teeth are not as sharp as I thought for easily cutting multiple strips.

Fabulous fringe scissors. Cuts stacks of multi-ply paper and crepe paper. A total time saver when making party decorations, confetti or pinatas. And the grips aren't super uncomfortable like others I've tried. Highly recommended!

It's a lot of fun. I bought these for my teenage daughter who wanted to make piñata. Why they work great. They also became my six year old's favorite pair of scissors. I was concerned they would be cumbersome or difficult to use like rosewood or trimming scissors, but they cut cleanly and easily. They appear to be of reasonably good quality and will cut well for quite a while.

I bought these specialty scissors for shredding confidential information with an adhesive backing: address labels, mailing labels, packing slips, etc. I learned the hard way that you don't want to put these items in Your paper shredder unless you want to mess up the work. This tool does an excellent job of manually shredding this personal data. You can cut once or even twice (cross cut) for extra security. My only caveat is that the scissors could be stronger.
