exercise ball.

This ball has the perfect stiffness for those looking to strengthen their hand and finger grip. It's easy to squeeze but resists - good for the elderly or treating injuries. I am completely satisfied with this product.

For stress relief and as a teaching tool!

I got this ball after reading a book about the brain (that's human). I started chewing gum and squeezing it when I work and study. I love it. am i smarter I don't know, but when I'm stressed, a green ball calms me down.

Bought as neon yellow

I did not get this color came as neon yellow. In my opinion it's not worth the price going forward, and most importantly it's not the color in the picture, but it's nice to throw at people when you're feeling down or stressed. This is a very light foam ball.

Pros
  • Excellent price

Good thing for children with ADHD

My son is 5 years old and has ADHD. The teacher made him take one of them to try to help him with his squirming hands and little body. He likes that it shrinks but also bounces a bit. Overall this is a great item to try to keep my son. check to make sure you're not fidgeting as much.

  • Nice thing

I would like one more for each hand one day

Now it's great to keep my arms moving and my labrador turns up his nose at it. He prefers his tennis ball. So with that and my weights and my leg machine, I can stay home and cancel my gym membership. What a deal makes my fingers nimble so I can knit newborn hats in different colors for the next hospital. The nurses love them

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Disappear

Great Choice for Elbow Surgery Recovery

Great Push Up Ball! I had elbow surgery and lost the medicine ball that the doctor gave me after the surgery. This ball is very similar in size and resistance. The perfect size to hold comfortably in your hand all day and strong enough to withstand compression without being too strong for a recovering elbow. I've been using it for a few months now and I highly recommend it!

  • Certified
Cons
  • Vulgarity

More difficult to handle than intended

I was looking for a softer ball that would work when I donate, which is every eight weeks. I have small (girl size) hands and the squeeze they give me when I sit in the chair only makes it more uncomfortable. I've been looking for a smaller ball that compresses easily, but I just can't find one that fits the bill. Everything I bought or looked at was made to increase the grip of your big hands. This one is no different.

Pretty soft, keeps its shape, good size.

I was looking for a stress ball for work. This one is great, very durable and not too soft and not too hard. In addition, it returns to its original shape very quickly. It really helps because when I play with it I feel my creativity go up and my stress level go down. The ball I received was light yellow instead of green, but that's not too much of a problem for me, although it might disappoint some people if that's the light green color you're looking for.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • Hard to say
